Refer Your Client

If you have a client acquiring a residential property or seeking to refinance their existing mortgage, we would be happy to provide our expertise to find your client the best financing possible.

Arrange Financing

Your dedicated mortgage specialist contacts your client and works with them to secure the best financing options available. You will be kept up-to-date on the progress of the file as we work towards completing and funding the mortgage.

We Pay You!

Earn points for every deal! Once the mortgage is complete and funded, we will immediately add the points to your referral bonus. Earn 1,000 points ($100) for the first 5 deals, 2,500 points ($250) up to 10 deals, then 5,000 points ($500) for every deal thereafter. Earnings paid out quarterly.
