The health and safety of our community is our top priority. As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to let you know that our team is here to help. Here’s how we’re continuing to support our clients and partners during this time:
We’re closely following updates on COVID-19, including guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Health Canada and the World Health Organization (WHO). We’re following the latest mortgage news, report on the findings and offering free advice to our virtual community daily. We’ll continue to take the actions necessary to help protect our community and educate our clients to help support their financial goals now and into the future.
We have made the decision to close our office, eliminate in person meetings and implement a Work from Home policy for all our team members effective Monday, March 16th, 2020. We have the technology to support you from anywhere and the tools in place for our agents to facilitate transactions in a safe and secure environment. Contact the office at 416-840-6368 or email info@everthingmortgages.ca for any and all inquiries. Find the contact information for each individual agent here.

If you’re concerned about how this situation will impact you and your family, contact us. Our approach is to inform, educate and support our clients’ financial goals. We are prepared to help find a solution that meets your needs during this time. The support for our clients and partners does not have a ceiling. We have a dedicated team who’s taking measures to ensure that no question is not left unanswered or concern untended to. In times like these, we listen, we learn, and we support each other.
If you’ve been personally impacted by COVID-19 and experiencing financial hardships, you have options. The Department of Finance released an Economic Response Plan to support Canadian businesses and individuals help Canadians facing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Many lenders have relief programs in place to help address payment difficulties. Financial relief programs may include up 6 months of deferred mortgage payments and relief on other credit products.
If you have questions, need advice or direction then please get in touch. Every individual’s needs and situation is unique and deserves to be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
